Our mission at WhyMaker is to Design the Future of Education in a way that supports educators to help students have better days in the classroom.
One of the ways we achieve this is through the design of curriculum full of lessons that are thoughtful, hands-on, and connected to real-world experiences.
We create inclusively designed curriculum based on our extensive experience working with BIPOC students, students with disabilities, English learners, and girls.
Additionally, we collaborate closely with those we've partnered with to provide PD or products to offer special discounts for your curriculum needs.
Our Experience
WhyMaker has been part of multiple major curriculum writes for schools, companies and government entities.
We have written lesson plans for teachers on new Ed Tech products like Qweebi, Patchr and Invention Engine.
We have also written a curriculum on OffshoreWind Turbines for the New York Power Authority (NYPA), and Stony Brook University.
