The Distance sensor for Marty V2 can be attached to under Marty’s face, enabling your robot to be programmed in Scratch or Python to react differently to changes in the distance between it and an obstacle. This works through infrared light, the same technology that exists in a car parking sensor used to help the driver understand how close the car is to an object while reversing.
