WhyMaker is looking for experienced, independent educators to teach hands-on STEM curriculum to students ages K-12 in the NYS Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, Central New York, Mohawk Valley, Capital District, and Long Island areas.
This is a contract position for a short-term project. Successful candidates will teach students in the classroom, after-school, and weekend environments. The curriculum includes a pre-developed series of lessons with material-intensive activities. Lessons are modified for each age group; however, educators will need to adapt and customize each lesson to meet the needs of each differing learning environment.

SALARY RANGE
This is a freelance opportunity. Preparation hours will be flexible, but you are required to be present during scheduled class times. Times of classes will vary throughout the week, including after school, evenings, and weekends.
